After mounting and de-mounting wheels a few times, the plastic inserts in the locknuts can wear, causing the wheel nuts to loosen easily. Fresh nuts are the answer. Four are required for your board, and these are sold in packs of eight so you always have spares. Fits all 10 mm axles.
