We love these. These are high quality, light weight, good looking sunglasses, with excellent polarized optics (prescription available) and a a very unique strap system.

What makes them different from other good glasses is the patented adjustable and detachable strap system that loops around your head and is leashed to a necklace strap with a safety breakaway clasp. They are designed to survive nasty wipe-outs on the water and stay put. If they do get dislodged, the leash keeps them attached. In the most extreme cases, the leash will break away to protect your neck, but the glasses and strap will float.

Surf Shades are great for the buggy or land board too; you'll knock a filling out of your teeth before you shake these off your head. When you drive through the small pond you thought was a 1" deep puddle, the spray will mostly roll off the hydrophobic coating, keeping your vision crisp and clear.

Another cool feature is that the leash and collar will detach completely with a press of your thumb on each temple pad, and the Surf Shades can be worn as normal sunglasses. No more poor fitting croc-clips that can't be easily removed.
