The ProLink strop has been designed to improve your flying experience and work in conjunction with the new ProLink Handle.
Available in three lengths:
- Small - 55cm length (21 1/2")
- Medium - 65cm Length (25 1/2")
- Large - 75cm Length (29 1/2")
The new Strop line is constructed from 'liros' 5.6mm 12-strand wax coated SK75 Dyneema line. It features spliced loop ends to attached to the pin of the ProLink handle.
This provides the user with a smooth connection to the handle which allows maximum movement and can not catch when turning. The rope is wax coated and incredibly strong and has been load tested to 1000kg.
The correct strop length for you will depend on personal preference and whether you are buggying or landboarding. If you are unsure, we recommend you try the 65cm strop. If these seem long to you, remember, there is no leader lin out the back of the handles to attach to. These go all the way into the back of the handles.

NOTE: The eye loop in the ends of the strop are small and are intended to receive only the pins of the ProLink Handles. The loops are not large enough to form a Larkshead knot for attaching to a standard leader line. We have had success with the method shown in the sketch to the left. You will have to untie the stopper knot on the end first, thread the leader through the loop of the strop, re-tie the stopper, then form the knot shown and snug everything up.
