These side-rail pads are fashioned from foam pipe insulation that is split down its axis and has tacky peel & stick adhesive on the inside of the split to close it around the rail.  The cover is a heavy grade nylon fabric, nicely hemmed and lined at the edges with Velcro for closure.

The tubular pads fit nicely around 30mm (1 1/2") side-rail tubes and are about 55mm (2 1/4") outside diameter.
