Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. Or call us at 800-592-1195

Q: What is the expected shipping time after an order?

A: For in-stock items, we make every effort to ship same day or within one business day, depending of time of day of the order. For out of stock items we generally need 2-5 business days to order it and turn it around to you. Peter Lynn buggy orders are most often dropped shipped from Peter Lynn in the Netherlands via UPS International Priority, and should arrive in 4-7 business days.  Same thing with Peter Lynn Twinskin/ ARC kites. We will always let you know right away when to expect delivery.

Q: Is your web site secure for credit card transactions?

A: You bet.  Look at the bottom of the home page and check-out cart and note the "Geotrust" Logo.  Click on it and you will see the pop-up window that authenticates our web site and lets you know that transactions are secured with SSL encryption.  Some web sites just put a picture of the certificate to fool you, but clicking on ours and seeing the certificate assures you that this is the real thing.  Also, when you go to the "proceed to check-out" link, you will note that the little padlock appears in the lower right of your browser window, further assuring you that the site is secure.  Shop with confidence!
