Traction kiting, (also called power kiting) or kiteboarding (on water) or snow-kiting are types of extreme sports. Any traction kite, even "trainers" are dangerous when used in the wrong conditions or in any condition if you lack the proper training and / or experience. Kites of 5 sq. meters in size or larger are particularly dangerous for fliers with no previous experience or hands-on professional instruction. If you order a 5 meter kite or larger and we do not know you, we reserve the right to withhold shipment until we contact you and determine that the kite is suitable for you. Please understand that this is for your safety and enjoyment of the sport. We want our customers happy and healthy so that they can come back for more, and not scared, injured, or worse. Stock and non-stock items:

For in-stock items, we make every effort to ship same day or within one business day, depending of time of day of the order.

We stock most 2 & 3 line kites and 4-line entry-level kites in 3-4 meter sizes. In cases where multiple colors are available for a given kite and size, we may not have every color combination and might suggest a substitution. We can generally get any out-of-stock item to our shop in 2-7 business days and then turn it around to you right away. Peter Lynn Buggies are stocked at the distributor in the Netherlands and drop-shipped from them via UPS International Priority, which takes about 4-7 business days. In the event any of our distributors are out of stock, we will let you know right away and give you our best estimate on expected delivery date.

Returns Policy:

Generally we will gladly take back any un-used merchandise within 30 days,provided it is clean and in new condition. The only exception is special order spare parts (unless we sent you the wrong stuff). Shipping address: 247 Wellington Place, Brunswick, GA 31523

Warranties:

Manufacturers' Warranty policies vary, but most are 90 days to six months. Some will provide warranty service beyond the normal period in certain circumstances (at their complete discretion). Please contact us at 800-592-1195 for any warranty assistance.
