Selling Extreme Kites - Right to Refuse

We care about the safety and well being of our customers.  It's really quite selfish actually, as we want you healthy and happy enough to be a return customer.  For this reason we may ask customers purchasing kites in sizes four square meters or over about their prior experience and/ or access to experienced assistance.  We reserve the right to refuse sales of larger more sophisticated kites to individuals without the necessary experience and may suggest alternative, more appropriate choices.  Really, it's for your safety and the protection of the kiting community.

Stock and non-stock Items:

For in-stock items, we make every effort to ship same day or within one business day, depending of time of day of the order.  We make every effort to stock entry level kites, control gear and line sets, spare buggy hardware and other common accessories.

We do not stock every size and color of every item, but we can generally get any item to our shop in 2-5 business days and then turn it around to you right away. Peter Lynn Buggies are stocked at the distributor in the Netherlands and drop-shipped, usually arriving to the customer in 5-7 days. In the event any of our distributors are out of stock, we will let you know right away and give you our best estimate on expected delivery date.

Returns Policy:

Generally we will gladly take back any un-used merchandise within 30 days,provided it is clean and in new condition. The only exception is special order spare parts (unless we sent you the wrong stuff). Shipping address: 247 Wellington Place, Brunswick, GA 31523

Warranties:

Manufacturers' Warranty policies vary, but most are three to six months. Some will provide warranty service beyond the normal period in certain circumstances (at their complete discretion). Please contact us at 800-592-1195 for any warranty assistance.
